TREAT OF THE WEEK!

This week we’re spotlighting Music from Rancho DeVille by Charles Sawtelle, the founding guitarist of the celebrated bluegrass band, Hot Rize. On this, his only solo album, Charles is joined by many stellar musical friends, including Norman Blake, Sam Bush, Vassar Clements, Jerry Douglas, David Grisman, Flaco Jimenez, Tim O’Brien, Tom Rozum, Peter Rowan and many others. It was produced by Laurie Lewis and released on Acoustic Disc in 2001. This project remains a testament to a great talent and an amazing friend.
