This week we’re shining the spotlight on Bluegrass Reunion Deluxe Edition featuring David Grisman with his first bluegrass boss, Red Allen (guitar and vocals) and bluegrass buddies Herb Pedersen (banjo and vocals), Jim Buchanan (fiddle) and bassist Jim Kerwin. They are joined in this program of bluegrass chestnuts by Jerry Garcia who dropped by the studio to sing three tunes. This expanded Acoustic Disc release was mastered in the sonically superior Hi-Definition format (24-bit, 96 khz.)
