Episode 32: I’m Beginning to See the Light / A Beautiful Friendship

Dawg & Danny discuss and listen to selections from the sessions that produced two Acoustic Disc/Oasis projects featuring the Martin Taylor/David Grisman Jazz Quartet. Martin is the Scottish guitar virtuoso who toured and recorded with Stephane Grappelli for a decade, and it was during this time that he and David became friends and musical collaborators. These recordings of classic standards from the “great American songbook” include long-time DGQ members Jim Kerwin on bass and George Marsh on drums.
