Dawg & Danny discuss and listen to selections from the legendary Kitchen Tapes project by bluegrass masters, guitarist Red Allen and mandolinist Frank Wakefield, recorded as a duo in Frank’s kitchen in 1963 by teenaged record producers Peter Siegel and David Grisman. This team would produce the classic Folkways LP, Red Allen, Frank Wakefield & the Kentuckians later that year but this is where it started!
