The music in these projects was transferred from their original analog sources to sonically superior digital files (24 bit, 96 kHz) which we refer to as “Hi-Definition.” As producer David Grisman puts it, “These tracks are the closest sonic equivalents to the original analog recordings available and sound noticeably better than CDs.”
